Terms of Service

IntactSVG is an AI-powered online tool that converts raster images (such as PNG and JPG) into semantically layered SVG vector graphics. The service is operated by an independent developer.

Some features require an account. You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

If you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account, please notify us immediately using the contact details at the end of these terms.

The service offers both credit packs and subscriptions. All payments are processed by our third-party payment provider, Stripe. Each conversion consumes the number of credits shown at the time of use.

Prices and allowances for credits and subscriptions are as displayed on the checkout page.

Unused credits may be refunded in full within 7 days of purchase; consumed credits are non-refundable.

Refunds for subscription fees are handled in accordance with Stripe and applicable law. You may cancel your subscription at any time and will retain access until the end of the current billing period.

You must hold the lawful rights to any image you upload. When using the service, you must not:

• Upload images that infringe intellectual property rights or contain unlawful, violent, sexual, or otherwise inappropriate content;
• Use the service for any unlawful activity or to harm the rights of others;
• Reverse engineer, scrape in bulk, circumvent access limits, or otherwise abuse the service.

You retain all rights to the images you upload and the SVGs you generate. We claim no ownership of your content and process it only as necessary to provide the service.

The IntactSVG brand, interface design, and software code belong to us and may not be used without permission.

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, nor that conversion results will meet any particular purpose; output quality varies with the source image.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service.

We may update these terms from time to time. For material changes, we will notify you via an in-app notice or email. Your continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
