Privacy Policy

• Account information: the email address you provide when registering;
• Uploaded content: the images you upload for vectorization and the resulting SVGs;
• Payment information: credit and subscription payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full card number and only receive the transaction status and necessary billing identifiers returned by Stripe;
• Usage and log data: technical logs necessary to operate the service, such as request timestamps and error messages.

The images you upload are used only to generate the corresponding SVG output. After conversion, images are retained on our servers for a limited period (currently about 30 days) to support troubleshooting and re-downloading, and are deleted thereafter.

You may contact us at any time to request immediate deletion of your uploaded images and related output.

We use the NEXT_LOCALE cookie to remember your language preference, and browser local storage to keep information required to provide the service, such as sign-in state and the conversion queue. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.

To provide the service, we rely on the following providers, and your relevant data is also subject to their respective privacy policies:

• Supabase: authentication and database storage;
• Stripe: payment processing;
• Cloud hosting providers: the infrastructure that runs the service.

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data. Please note, however, that no transmission or storage over the internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

You have the right to access, export, or delete your personal data. After signing in, visit the Account Settings page (/account/settings) to change your password or email, download a copy of your personal data (JSON format), or permanently delete your account. Upon deletion, your business data is removed; anonymized operational logs (no longer linked to your account) are retained.

The service is not directed to children under the age of 14, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. For material changes, we will notify you via an in-app notice or email.
